Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Store Soft application for Windows and Android ("the app", "the Service") and this website. By downloading, installing or using Store Soft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing or using Store Soft you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country and are authorized to operate the shop or business for which you use the app. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Store Soft team.
2. License to use
Subject to these Terms and, where applicable, payment of the license fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Store Soft to manage your own shop. A one-time license is intended for use by a single shop unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the app or your license;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
- Use the app to break any applicable law.
3. Trial & activation
Store Soft may be offered with a free trial period so you can evaluate it before purchasing. After the trial, certain features may require a valid license to continue. Attempting to bypass, tamper with or circumvent trial or license checks is a breach of these Terms.
4. Payment & refunds
License fees and any optional services (such as installation, product import, migration, training or support) are described at the time of purchase or arranged directly with us. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, license fees are one-time and non-recurring. Because the app can be fully evaluated during the trial, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if there is a problem and we will try to make it right.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the data you enter and for operating your business lawfully, including any tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations that apply to you. Store Soft is a tool to help you record and manage your shop; it does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
6. Your data & backups
Store Soft is offline-first and stores your business data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While the app provides automatic local backups and optional Google Drive backup to help you, you remain responsible for keeping safe copies. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, loss, theft, uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or your failure to keep backups.
7. Google services
If you choose to enable Google Drive backup, your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. Store Soft only accesses a private application folder in your Google Drive, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google account.
8. Updates & availability
We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and we may discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to keep the app working reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Updates may be required for the app to keep functioning correctly.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet all your requirements or be free of defects.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store Soft team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
These Terms apply while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
